Responsibility, Availability, and Reversibility
Bandwidth and Overage Charges
The hosting plan includes a traffic and server resource limit as defined by the Vercel platform (Pro tier). In the event of exceptional excess of these limits (e.g., due to a significant traffic spike), additional billing may be applied to cover these extra infrastructure costs.
Emergency Support
In case of service unavailability (server outage), an intervention guarantee is provided within 48 business hours from the reporting of the incident.
Reversibility Clause
Upon termination of the hosting and maintenance contract, the application's source code will be returned to the client within 30 days, in the form of an archive (.zip) or by transferring ownership of the GitHub repository (if applicable), thus allowing it to be hosted by a third party.
